Fast track program for Bachelor candidates
The fast-track program for Bachelor's students is usually administered in collaboration with the Berlin School of Mind and Brain or the Cognitive Neuroscience Master at Freie Universität Berlin. Successful applicants with a Bachelor's degree will also need to apply to one of these programs after admission to the school.
We fully support these applications. After admission to one of the programs, the schedule of the orientation year is individually designed with the help of our Curriculum Officer. In most cases, it consists of two (instead of three) lab rotations, e-learning courses of the Max Planck School of Cognition and additional courses by the other programs. Thus, the orientation year for Bachelor's students is 15 - 18 months long and finishes with a Master's degree from one of the two programs, enabling the candidates to progress to the doctoral phase.
