Fast track program for Bachelor candidates

The fast-track program for Bachelor's students is usually administered in collaboration with the Berlin School of Mind and Brain. Successful applicants with a Bachelor's degree will also need to apply to the Mind and Brain program after admission to the school.

We fully support these applications. After admission to the program at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain, the schedule of the orientation year is individually designed with the help of our Curriculum Officer. In most cases, it consists of two (instead of three) lab rotations, e-learning courses of the Max Planck School of Cognition and additional courses by the Berlin School of Mind and Brain. Thus, the orientation year for Bachelor's students is 15 - 18 months long and finishes with a Master's degree from the Mind and Brain School enabling the candidates to progress to the doctoral phase.
